    are u serious lose 10 kg in one month??? and you call urself doctor????? one should only lose weight 2-3 kg in a month which is a healthy way to do….with proper diet and workout regime… aa jao sab bashing karne ke liye yeh comment kyun kiya n all that but it's true nobody should lose that much weight in a month you all will mess up with your hormones, ur healthy fat cells, ur gut health, ur bones and muscles….most importantly ur nervous system…
