Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the filling over the crust. Layer half of the sliced peaches on top. Repeat with remaining filling and peaches. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Notes
- Use perfectly ripe peaches for optimal flavor and sweetness.
- Chill all ingredients beforehand to keep the filling light and fluffy.
- Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of powdered sugar.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a drizzle of honey for added freshness.
