I’m not sure what I did but the dough was really hard to work with. It kept kind of falling apart and crumbling when I’d roll it. I used the weight measurements to make it. I was still able to make them but I had to really fight the dough.
I just tried this recipe,I chose to use 50g extra of butter to see what would happen.The pies are delicious and moist but I could see the excess butter when I used a fork to check if they were done.My shapes weren’t perfect even though I had a plastic pie cutter.
Practice makes perfect-I will try it again maybe in two weeks time.
