- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup sliced olives
- ¼ cup diced onions
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl; let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and olive oil; knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the risen dough, place on a pizza stone, spread sauce, and layer mozzarella and toppings.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
- To reheat, place pizza back in a 350°F (175°C) oven.
