I love the video, the only thing I wanted to mention is that costco sells their 4lb bags of frozen organic broccoli precut for $6.99-$7.00 where I live. It looks like the salmon you buy is already from there, so you could save a nice amount weekly if you went frozen. I roast them in the oven same as raw, and it always turns out delicious.
Love the videos, been a follower for sometime now, not a fan of the new prep videos. The music just makes it hard to continue watching and focus. I enjoyed the older ones when you would just do the shopping and prep videos all in one while talking.
Good vids. I just recently bought the same triple compartment trays and was curious if you have a suggestion for a decent lunch bag that they fit into.
Great vid, sorry if this is a dumb question but do you just get your food out the fridge and microwave when your ready to eat it? If so do u just estimate how long to put it in there for?
Hey Jeff, I've been wondering while watching all your meal prep videos, are the lunch boxes you use to pack the meals are the throwaway ones? Or are they the reusable kind? Any tips where can I get them in big quantity? Cheers!
Wow what a great video! Thanks for posting. PS rinse your rice in a colander before u cook to get all the excess starch off of it. Makes the consistency less mushy. Just a tip.
great video as always brother. I wanted to recommend a little dish you could try, ground turkey, jasmine rice, spinach and 2 habaneros chopped finely. Also onion and garlic, man… I made this on the fly this Sunday and I swear it's great… definitely feel hotter during the day munching on it every few hours. It's very very lean and damn tasty.
Figured you'd appreciate a suggestion! Let me know if you'd want to know how I threw it together. Cheers!
As other have said, I am also loving the content man! I click on your videos every time, I watch them all the way through and I always leave a like. Hope you're doing good Jeff, keep it up dude! 100k subs before the year is out I betcha! #WJF
I will sound so much like a meat head, lol how many years have you being training? What are your best 1RM on the big 3's how much you weight and what's you height? Much love from Italy 🇮🇹

So do you track your food with myfitnesspal? Or do you wing it?
When you workout, do you also do cardio? I have a bit of a belly but I have to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of doing cardio.

Jeff, great content. Looks like a good week of eating. good work!
hey man! I know how you like the simplicity of baking all the veggies in the oven but my dad makes the green beans similar to how you do… he just used a few extra things for flavor, still just as easy! here's a link! please try it out it will rock your world if it fits with your macros.
