I like this. I started flatbed truck driving and I don't like truck stop food. it will kill you. started taking my power block dumbbells and speed jump rope with me. with these food prep ideals , I should be able to get back in shape. thanks a lot for the video.
Hey great video. Thanks for the tips. One thing. You actually do not want to rinse your chicken. It is easier for bacteria to be spread this way. Any thing you rinse off would be killed in the oven.
2:48–2:55 got me dying. Girl your supposed to use those Serrated utility knives that's why you had so much trouble. Thanks for the meal suggestions and please do more meal prep videos 🙂
Thanks for sharing your take on meal prep and what you do to keep your protein moist, the only question I had is if I froze my sandwiches like you, how to you revive them without them becoming soggy? Do you toast or microwave them? Keep up the good sharing :o)
NEVER wash chicken. It splashes the germs all over the area, food, clothes, kitchen, utensils, arm, etc and doesn't even get rid of it. All the bacteria will die once its cooked.
great video. i just couldn't help but think, have you ever tried using a "bread knife" to slice your bread? one with a serrated edge? the knives you were using aren't made to cut bread! you should never have issues cutting bread again when you use a serrated bread knife 😛
Love the Veggies, Fruit & Good Proteins in your video, but almost fell off my chair when you used Preserved Ham, White Bread & Regular Cheese. Who are you kidding…that stuff is damaging to you!
This video is a big help. I suck at prepping so this really has helped out. Only thing is that I don't have two ovens. I can tell you work out when you have time as well. Legs look tone and the squats seem to pay off 3:52.

I think I must have big time OCD about meal prepping because I feel like prepping he beginning of the week will leave my food yucky by the last day. I'm going to try it for a few days and see how it works. Do you think the foreman grill would be ok to use for the chicken? Helpful ideas, I just need to train my body and mind to be ok with leaving the bad stuff out lol

Don't wash the chicken Cooking will kill any bacteria present while washing chicken can spread germs by splashing.
