I did this. Except the only herb I had was cilantro. OH MY FC*KIN GOD did this thing smell good. Holy crap. It tasted as awesome as this dudes steak did, I guarantee you that. But man did it smell good. I fr*ekin love cilantro.

Well that's me and most people out. I have a modern frying pan. A stone mayb too ill use that i didnt raid granny's kitchen when she passed tho. So i have cheap poop pans. But are induction pans like my cooker ill try cook my steak with magnets mannn. I knew i shouldn't have brought it. Last nights leftovers were good enough, bUTTT Noooo i had to try something new.

You never told us what temp the oven was set too when you place it in for 6-7 min.
Could you use fresh rosemary instead of thyme? I’ve got that available in the garden
Looks delicious but it really bothered me how he didn't mop up the extra seasoning with the sides of the steak, thats the money bite!!!!! lol
