Instructions
- Wash and dry the ludacrisp apples, setting them aside for later.
- Core and slice the apples into thin pieces, mixing them with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the sugar-coated apples for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle the oat mixture over the top, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
