Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients, including Kodiak cake mix and water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Kodiak cake mix and water, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing if desired.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles appear, then flip to cook until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
Notes
- Leftover pancakes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For longer storage, freeze pancakes with parchment paper between them.
- Reheat in the toaster or microwave as desired.
