Instructions
- Wash the fresh ginger and turmeric thoroughly. Peel and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Juice the ginger and turmeric in a juicer. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and add honey if desired. Mix with water or coconut water.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a clean glass.
- Pour the wellness shot into a small glass, add a pinch of cayenne pepper, and enjoy!
