    You need to track calories especially to be in a calorie deficit unless you eat that food and weigh it consistently you can get a good ballpark of what the calories are but for the average beginner tracking calories and weighing food is gonna help you know what your putting in your body and seeing if your on a calorie deficit this is just misleading a lot of your viewers
