You barly have to eat carbs. You body can turn fat into the carbs you need. You bascially just need fat and protein this is scientific fact. If you keep eating this way you will ecventually have insulin resistance which means you will get fat when you are older even if you work out the same way. At least then you will regret spreading disinformation.

since lockdown, i’ve mainly just been staying indoors & not moving around much. but instead of gaining weight, i ended up losing it along with my muscle mass (i went from 52kg to 47kg). can’t even begin to tell you how weak i feel now so i’m hoping to change this by eating clean and exercising but it’s just hard knowing where to start.
can females also use these 3 excercises as a full body workout? that handstand push-up seems a bit impossible, even though i have strong arms, but a weaker core
