Instructions
- Gather all ingredients needed for the hearty corn pie.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh corn, milk, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
