Man I just made the meatball-sweet potato-cauliflower recipe. I am not a fan of feta, sweet potatoes, or cauliflower but I thought “what the heck, I’ll try it.” This is amazing. Even if it weren’t healthy it would be one of my new favorite meals. Nice to have a meal prep container I’m looking forward to opening tomorrow at lunch!!! Thanks!
