The second choice is my favorite, I can't have seeds because of my Diverticulitis. If you chop off the end of the peppers and remove the seeds you could fill the peppers with the goat cheese filling and would be able to fit more in your box. I would put some chocolate in mine. 😋🍫

I'm sorry but these are all very boring. And also This isn't really meal prepping when you need to prepare one every day. That defeats the purpose of meal prepping.
I've been making that goat cheese dip since you had it on your channel a looooong time ago! I think it had garlic in it in the old recipe, I love it both ways!
