- 1/2 cup hulless popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons healthy oil (coconut oil or olive oil)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat a large pot over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of healthy oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pot.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of hulless popcorn kernels and cover with a lid, leaving a small opening for steam to escape.
- After a few minutes, when the popping slows, remove the pot from heat, lift the lid carefully, and transfer popcorn to a mixing bowl. Season to taste.

- Store leftover popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
