Instructions
- Place oats in a blender and pulse until it forms a fine flour.
- Add bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour batter onto the skillet, forming small pancakes.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
