This further proves the point that having a sharp knife is the one of the most important aspects in the kitchen. His cuts are look so effortless and quick.
Oh, this is exciting! I distinctly remember the F is for Flavour video unlocking almost like a new level of fluency in my day to day cooking. Really good stuff. Looking forward for what's to come! Also, that gin, lime, simple syrup, basil combination is amazing. I ended up with the same cocktail a couple years back when I tried to find out what the basic flavors that I wanted in a drink were. If you have a big bush of basil that's gone into flower stage it's nice to use a sprig of those basil flowers as a garnish.
With all due respect, the people talking during the presentation drove me a little batty. That being said, I am loving the content on your channel. Can’t wait to keep seeing more!
Looking awsome chef, what a cool video thank you so much for everything you have taught me with all your videos. Before I became a line Cook and started learning from experience, you taught me most of what I knew about western cooking. Thank you

I have a question. What is the best way to keep potato puree in a piping bag hot? Just putting the bag in a hot well in a hotel pan?

I'll give the chatty Cathys in the audience a little credit for lasting almost half an hour before going full magpie.
The top down camera over the bench is a nice touch. A lot of the cameras seem out of focus and blurry though.
Love it, man you are awesome! I would love to work for you!
Could have used the agave for sweetening stead of stevia…
And, just selfishly, would love some great go-to luxury curry recipes. Such an amazing cuisine, I'd love to see what you do with it.

Loved the video, I’m going to the CIA this fall for culinary arts. A lot of your videos helped fuel my passion towards that career.
Fantastic. Chef, why red onion and not, say, white? or does it not really matter? And thank you!
