Do you add any electrolytes to your water? I know you love your water but I found when I drank a gallon I became more thirsty than before. I started adding electrolytes to my water bottle I sip throughout the day and I find it so much better for my thirst. I’m drinking less(64-80oz generally)but feel way more hydrated because I’m not flushing out too many electrolytes. I also just feel better in general. Just a tip in case any of this applies to anyone😊 Less water, add electrolytes, and less trips to the bathroom😂
