    I have a funny story, so I’m an American and in 2019 I went to England and Ireland with my family and while we were England, we went to Sainsburys and first of all you guys have like flat escalators that you can put your carts on WHICH THIS IS THE FUNNY PART, I WAS SO FASCINATED AND I THOUGHT IT WAS SO COOL

    Guys. lost lots of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some tips right now. Get a popular diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (google search it). Thanks to it I've lost tons of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood right now and so I'll share the wealth haha.

    I am young and am over weight, when I was younger I went through some messed up stuff and I went to eating as a comfort food, gained weight loss weight , I was always doing different diets, but I never thought of a meal prep, I am going to try this.
