- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut chicken tenders into strips. In a bowl, combine buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken strips in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken strips with breadcrumbs.
- Serve immediately with extra ranch dip and celery sticks.
