Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini slices in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the zucchini fries with cooking spray and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- You can substitute almond flour with regular or gluten-free breadcrumbs.
