- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gently clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- Brush the caps with olive oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place mushrooms in a dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and place mushrooms cap-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.

- Longer marinating intensifies flavors.
