Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform grilling. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the seasoning mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned chicken bites on the grill, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, set aside.
