- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Meanwhile, wash and slice the vegetables: bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots.
- Once the beef and onions are cooked, add fresh vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Serve on a large plate, garnishing with freshly chopped herbs.
