I make a similar popper recipe, but mine is cream cheese with garlic powder and onion powder. I leave the peppers open faced and sprinkle with soy bacon pieces and bake. I used to wrap them in "real" bacon and use "real" cheese. I can't find a cream cheese that doesn't liquify in the oven before the peppers can cook.
Ngl there were many pre-dairy free occasions in high school where my dinner was a large order of jalapeño poppers from sonic. Can’t wait to make these 😍
Mmm I make jalapeño poppers with the tofu cashew filling too. I just cut the peppers in half and fill them the leave them open faced and top it with either bread crumbs, crackers crumbs, or crushed up onion straws. Then of course throw a little vegan cheese on there and bake it open faced.
All 4 recipes look fabulous Catlin and I love any chilli peppers but I keep the seeds in because I can withstand the heat. Love🥰 the video and 💕Catlin.
The last one is called Chiles rellenos, i’m mexican and it’s one of my favorite foods, however i do eat them with cheese (can be replaced with vegan cheese). Love your videos 💗
Perhaps my guess isn't accurate, but here it goes.
You used 12 jalapeños for the Quick-Pickled Jalapeños, 12 jalapeños for the Baked Jalapeño Poppers and around 10 jalapeños for the Jalapeño Popper Pasta Bake (including the one used for garnishing, in the very end). So, in total around 34.
I couldn't accurately guess the number used for the Jalapeño Popper Pasta Bake, as the jalapeños were already chopped.
By the way, the recipes seem delicious. I will be trying these.
Would love got potatoes make these recipes vid because I only eat potatoes with butter and ketchup 😂 or how to get fluffy baked goods or just good vegan baked goods from scratch tips.

I know you did a tutorial for matcha. How do you know when whisking it that it’s not grainy? Or dissolved fully. Until the froth is on top?
The poppers are my favorite I always liked poppers before going vegan now I'm So happy to have a vegan version to try😁😋
