- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Toss chicken with marinade and optional cornstarch for a thicker glaze.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and glazed.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
