Instructions
- Marinate the dinosaur beef ribs by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Coat the ribs generously.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Sear the marinated ribs for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce on the ribs, close the grill lid, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, basting frequently.
- Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
