These look look delicious! I have them in the oven baking right now. My mixture was super “soupy” so I added 2 more slices of cubed bread. Mine was sprouted flourless whole wheat berry bread. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Awesome recipe, I've learnt so much from you. Thank you. Any suggestions for alternative to the oats? Mega allergic to them, something to do with the protein in them. I'm struggling with many vegan bakes as oats and oat flour are really popular x

Thanks Anya for this lovely, simple and easy recipe, I made it as I watched the video… Had most of the ingredients and it turned out just fabulous… Had some guests for breakfast and they loved it too! I didn't have coconut sugar so used normal sugar and added tiny dollops of strawberry jam on each muffin which worked well with the mixed peel as that was the only dry fruit I had… But it tasted divine! Thank you again! 😊

these look great, but i will add a tbs of ground flax to the wet ingredients, up the nutrition a bit, so i feel like its less of an indulgiance!
If I use cashew milk, can I use almonds instead of cashews for the nuts added to the sauce?
