- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces into the slow cooker.
- Add tomato sauce, butter, spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
