- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your choice of spices (e.g., garlic powder, paprika)
Instructions
- Preheat your flat top grill and ensure it is clean and oiled.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the grill; sautรฉ for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add sliced steak and marinated shrimp; cook steak for 5 minutes on each side, shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Remove from grill and serve with grilled vegetables on a board, garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Reheat on the flat top grill or in the microwave.
- Serve with grilled corn, salad, or in tacos for added flavor.
