- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into rectangles.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the pastry rectangles, leaving a small border.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Fold edges slightly to seal, then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking.
