Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into rectangles.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the pastry rectangles, leaving a small border.
