- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Divide the batter, folding dark chocolate into one half to create chocolate and leaving the other as vanilla.
- Layer the chocolate and vanilla batter alternately in the crust.
- Bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes until set yet jiggly; cool in the oven with the door ajar.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
- For adding elegance, serve with sour cream and chocolate shavings.
- Use fresh berries or chocolate sauce as additional toppings for a luxurious treat.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days or frozen for 3 months.
