Those are mung bean noodles. Very popular in Philippines in a recipe called 'pancit bihon' which is so so good you should try! It's a lazy person recipe just veganize it
You're amazing – I'm so inspired by your clever cooking! I did veganuary and will be continuing this lifestyle – your recipes were great and really helped me understand how delicious vegan food actually is!
I got my coconut oil a while ago and I love it! I've never used coconut oil before lmao. Also I made the noodle dish, it was so good ugh. I actually made it a few times and I think about it a lot 🙂 hahaha. I'm not vegan but I have been trying to cook more vegan dishes and who knows, maybe one day I will be. I love love love your channel and although "lazy" is in the title, I have been less lazy and cooking more because of your videos lol. Thank you! <3
So happy I've found you. You are amazing!!! I'm a college student on a budget but everything you make seems to already be in my fridge and pantry. Ahhhh!
Hey Rose! Those recipes look so eaaasy! Pro Tip: soak those mung bean noodles in some hot water about 5 minutes and drain before you cook with them, they'll be easier to cook and they'll leave you with a little more liquid in the soup in the end 🙂 They're like my favourite noodles of all time ☺️
I know I'm going to sound reallyyy fucking stupid but can someone explain to me the difference between coconut oil and olive/grapeseed/vegetable etc oil? I remembering reading that coconut oil was easier to break down or something but I don't know
I can't be vegan or even vegetarian because I CAN'T eat fruits (I'm allergic to them). . thus I need animal products for extra nutrients. Though I do eat more veggies than meat products.
Any suggestions on what I should do? I want veganism so badly 😢
I hope this doesn't cause me any trouble, but if you can check out my campaign in which I aim to raise enough money in order to finish my college education. http://www.bonfire.com/juans-campaign-6/
That muffin looks so amazing that I now have to make a trip to my local grocer to get my hands on baking powder. I shake my fist at you and your delicious creations.

Can you do a cooking vlog using edamame pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
"mix it until it is… mixed…" hahahahah simple instructions are simple 😉
6:45 beanthreads aka glass noodles made out of beanmung – not vermicelli

Mugcakes FTW!!! My life has been changed again!
I honestly would love to see some hard science from different sources about the effect of Microwaves on food and their impact on the human body.
Btw. the music was a tad too loud. 😀
