- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 20 mini egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 avocado, diced
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook ground meat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Lay wrappers on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers to encase the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the baked bites. Top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with chicken or veggie crumbles.
- For extra flavor, add diced jalapenos or a squeeze of lime.
