Instructions
- Place sliced beef and vegetables into the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, broth, brown sugar, pepper, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions if desired.
