- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Finish with lime juice and chopped cilantro. Serve hot with tortillas or rice.
