Ingredients

  • 4 low carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Optional sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
  3. Spread a layer of cooked beef on the center of each tortilla, followed by cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla to enclose the filling, forming a wrap.
  5. Optional: Pan-fry the wrap seam-side down until crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
