- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 low carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Optional sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
- Spread a layer of cooked beef on the center of each tortilla, followed by cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla to enclose the filling, forming a wrap.
- Optional: Pan-fry the wrap seam-side down until crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa if desired.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- Make ahead and refrigerate; reheat in a skillet for crispy edges.
