- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red and green)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 low-carb lettuce wraps or keto-friendly rolls
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add sliced peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until peppers soften.
- Stir in cream cheese and shredded provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each low-carb roll or lettuce wrap.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately for a warm, cheesy bite.
