Be careful with soy sauce and other soy products. I encourage you all to look up the health risks. I'm still looking for a good substitute since i love asian cuisine. In smaller amounts worcester sauce can be added instead but for dishes like this i think the taste would be quite different. Anyway, thanks for the video and good luck with your low carb recipes
I am confused, i thought carbs were bad for keto, i have been using keto dishes to keep my blood sugar down, where i am confused is my soy sauce of the shelve has only 7 carbs where the coconut aminos has about 27 crabs, and the sugar sub has 2 carbs where others have zero, and they cost a lot more, please tell me what i am missing, thanks
i read the commits left on her website, one complaint was it took longer than 20 minutes because of the prep time wow big deal start your dinner sooner or find faster short cuts, a couple of others thought it was to sweet and needed to cut back on the sugar, they must be new cooks you can always add till you get the taste you want, you can always, i can hardly wait to try this sounds and looks great, NICE JOB

It is a great exclusive product for discovering a collection of tasty paleo recipes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.
Made this tonight and it was really good but next time I will take your suggestion and 1. get a good quality meat so it’s not as tough & 2. put a little soy sauce in at a time. I measured 1/4 cup and I’m so glad I went with my gut & didn’t pour it all in because it was a little too salty for my taste. If I had added the entire 1/2 cup I don’t think it would have been edible. This was super easy & I will definitely make this again – Thank you!!
Not sure what I did wrong, lol. “Sauce” turned into a clumpy jelly consistency, and the broccoli which I may have chopped too small turned super wilted. It ended up looking like steak pieces in a dark broccoli jelly. Any ideas?
