- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef roast on a roasting pan and brush generously with the honey mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes per pound, basting occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (medium-rare).
- Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then carve and garnish with rosemary before serving.
Notes
- For extra caramelization, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
