- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
