- 2 pounds beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over the beef in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
