I made this today for lunch with steamed broccoli rather than brussel sprouts. Very yummy! I am not sure I've had flavors quite like this before, but I finished my bowl so it must have been tasty. I did scale back the lentils a bit and used coconut milk. Next time, I will use a coconut milk brand that has a weaker coconut flavor since that was a little strong. Otherwise, this one is a winner!
I am amazed the amount of food you guys eat in a day. If I eat half of that I would be totally over weight. I think even the amount Chelsea eat it a lot. God bless her. It's great to see a kid have such an healthy appetite and it's all healthy.
I guess your body it’s tolerant to everything..me and my husband can’t eat lentils… they send me to the toilet right away 🤣 same for other few vegetables that cause mayor bloated…like onion and mushrooms fir example and it’s so sad because I really like the taste 😭 but well .. everybody it’s different!
