- 1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares and press each into the muffin cups.
- Place a slice of brie cheese in each pastry cup.
- Top with cranberries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
- For a savory twist, add a sprinkle of thyme or cracked black pepper before baking.
- These bites can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
