Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, brush generously with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then top with shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bacon is crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
