- 2-3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, melted butter, and sugar to form crust. Press evenly into the pan.
- Bake crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Warm caramel sauce and spread evenly over the crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until chocolate is melted.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and milk. Decorate with sprinkles.
