    We love this recipe! I had a Zoom meeting in the late afternoon, so I prepped the meat and chopped the veggies ahead of time. Quick to finish off afterwards for a delicious meal. And hubby and daughter have some healthy leftovers for lunch today.

    Your stuff looks good but you seem to get really good looking meat. I am not near any butcher shops and my market definitely dyes the meats. It sucks not living near good products because, in the end, you have crappy food it's never going to turn out as good as if you use the good stuff. I know someone from Australia and they say our meat tastes like crap cuz we feed our cows crap (and give them antibiotics etc.). Crap in, crap out.

    Not gonna lie, I wouldnt make the slurry ONLY for the fact I PERFER mine to be drippier, not disrespect everyone cooks their own way but I like a more stew like broth than a like thick sauce
