If you want a delicious weeknight meal for the family, then this amazing beef stir fry loaded with vegetables and a homemade sauce comes together in under 30 …
I cooked this tonight and it tasted amazing! I just got into cooking my own food so I had to watch the video closely. Happy to say I think I got the stir fry perfect! Still can't believe I was able to cook this myself. Thank you for the vid. I will definitely make this stir fry again in the future!
We love this recipe! I had a Zoom meeting in the late afternoon, so I prepped the meat and chopped the veggies ahead of time. Quick to finish off afterwards for a delicious meal. And hubby and daughter have some healthy leftovers for lunch today.
Your stuff looks good but you seem to get really good looking meat. I am not near any butcher shops and my market definitely dyes the meats. It sucks not living near good products because, in the end, you have crappy food it's never going to turn out as good as if you use the good stuff. I know someone from Australia and they say our meat tastes like crap cuz we feed our cows crap (and give them antibiotics etc.). Crap in, crap out.
Thank you so much for sharing your recipe and the technique, my family and I enjoyed this meal thoroughly, I will look forward to more of your amazing recipes. Thanks again Paul from Australia.
I just started a job and have been cooking like this for my daughter. So quick and easy! I love cutting carrots with my knives. Love my knives. I grabbed some baby corn, Snow peas and watered chestnuts to add to this recipe. đ¤
Not gonna lie, I wouldnt make the slurry ONLY for the fact I PERFER mine to be drippier, not disrespect everyone cooks their own way but I like a more stew like broth than a like thick sauce

Fantastic presentation. Thank you
After seeing this I added this recipe in my diet chart đđ
Where's the ingredients list? Thanks
So delicious!!! Took me a bit longer to prep than the suggested 15 minutes, but so worth it! Thank you for sharing!
I noticed when you cook the meat beef or chicken with the ginger onions and garlic instead of removing it the meat taste even better..
How do you keep your knives sharp?
You lost me at sugar but I guess this would be a guilty pleasure for most.
how much time should i cook the beef ?
Can you use chicken breast instead? Using the same prepping for the beef?
So good and easy because you showed all the details and mad it look simple. Thanks!
It looks delicious thank you

A soon as he says HOMEMADE sauce he brings out a jar of Industrial Oyster Sauce. Do the oyster reduction, then I'll take you seriously.

I wouldn't call this "easy," though it looks good, and I appreciate you sharing this recipe. I am going to try it myself soon.

Out of curiosity, why not just stir fry the broccoli from the start with the other vegetables without boiling it first?
You had me until the oyster sauce! Dude, don't throw that in at the very end. Tell us up front.
