- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly, then top with cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add sliced jalapenos for extra spice.
- Serve with sour cream or a side salad for a complete meal.
